Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 30-day trial upon sign up.

What happens after my trial ends?

After your trial ends, your account will be downgraded to the free Community Edition tier. You will still be able to log in, and Attaxion will continue to run discovery and vulnerability scans, but only on a monthly basis. However, the number of scanned assets will be reduced to 40, and you will only be able to view 50% of them.

What qualifies as a billable asset?

Only the assets marked with an asterisk (*) below are counted as billable:

Domains and subdomains*
IP addresses (both IPv4 and IPv6)*
Open ports
Organizations
Exposed email addresses
Clouds
Technologies
CIDRs
SSL certificates

Although not billable, the unmarked assets still add crucial context, deepen analysis, and are often discovered alongside billable ones. They help provide a fuller picture of the external attack surface without impacting your billing.

What if my actual number of assets is higher than what my plan allows?

Attaxion discovers assets both known and unknown to you, which may result in the actual number of assets exceeding your expectations. You can easily upgrade your account from within the app or contact our sales team to set up a custom Enterprise plan.

What if I have a large number of assets?

We commonly work with larger businesses with an extensive infrastructure. If this applies to you, please contact us to set up a custom Enterprise plan.
